Do we need to consider forms and reports means non database objects in online patching activities?

We are migrating from 12.1.3 to EBS 12.2.9 so currently we are planning for online patching activities for that we got to know we need to remove schema references in few packages in that activity do we need to consider non database objects as well, Means Functions /Procedures attached to Reports/forms and XML data definitions, please help us...
