Empl_rcd in Pay Check table for Employee with Multiple Jobs

We are using PeopleSoft Time & Labor and NA Payroll.If an employee has multiple Jobs and fills his time under different Assignment (Empl_rcd) in PS_TL_RPTD_TIME table,which empl_rcd gets populated in Pay Check table during Payroll Processing? Pay Earnings can have multiple Empl_rcd probably based on Payable time but Pay Check always has one empl_Rcd for one Paycheck of an Employee.What's the logic behind Empl_Rcd in Pay Check?
