2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Component One Employer Information (PER016) File Format Issue

Good Afternoon----

Our organization files multiple single-establishment reports with the EEOC. We are utilizing the User’s Guide: Single-Establishment Data File Upload that was released by the EEOC last month.

Currently the PeopleSoft process creates the file in a file type named "file." When uploading this file type it fails on the EEOC website. According to the User Guide the file should be in a "TXT or CSV" file type. When we rename the file to a TXT file type is is accepted by the EEOC.

Does Peoplesoft intend to deliver a modification for the file type difference?
