Manage Position Fluid Navigation Issues

We are encountering the following navigation issues in Manage Positions Fluid using a custom role that only allows users to View/Read Only Positions. This navigation issues do not occur for users that have Edit capability.

1. User is unable to select a different position from the Position List. The Manage Position page comes up blank
2. Next and Previous In List buttons Do Not Work

We configured the Position Management Fluid Dashboard to be accessed through Employee Self Service for the read only users. Position Administrators access Position Management thru Workforce Administrator Fluid Homepage.
