Web ADI Analyzer input

I have been asked to run the Web ADI Analyzer for issues with Journal Entries. I have never done this before so I am not sure what inputs to provide, nor do I know exactly how/where to find the appropriate inputs...

Below are the inputs I tried, but received "Value validation failed for parameter p_resp_name: Invalid Oracle Responsibility name. Please enter the valid Oracle Responsibility in question."

Please enter the Integrator name in question.:

Please enter the Oracle username in question.:
