Upgrade weblogic 10.3.6 domain to 12.1.3 domain?

Hi,

My system (RHEL6.4) run weblogic 10.3.6 server; portal 11.1.1.9.0 => I did follow "http://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1213/wls/WLUPG/upgrade_dom.htm#WLUPG464"

But it was not complete,
