OTL custom layout VO file not working

We recently upgraded from R12 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 - now our custom OTL layout view objects for the comment section not working.

Out Custom2VO.xml file is calling a function that returns the holiday calendar info. But, our OTL is giving us an error that points to hxc_cui_custom2_v. I know that's the default oracle custom2VO.xml file but how can I reconfigure our custom2vo version on 12.2.10.

Please help.
