C# Com Connector Error "HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM Component"

Hello everyone,


After applying oracle com connector documents, we successfully created com dll files. First, we ran the project by giving our dll as a reference to the address book project. After that, we get the error as you can see in the image. We have implemented many solutions regarding the issue, but we could not reach a result for now. If anyone has any information on the subject, it would be greatly appreciated.
