Smartview 20.200 msi and Intune/Endpoint Manager

I'm having the hardest time getting the newest version's msi to deploy in Intune/Endpoint Manager. I first tried extracting it from the .exe by running the install and going to %temp% to grab the msi. Yet it also states you can extract both the msi and mst by command line ".exe /extract C:\XXX" yet nothing happens.

Has anyone deployed this in Intune successfully without UAC interference? If so, what parameters are you using to get this to launch silently? I've tried /qn, /s, /qb, /passive to no avail. Yet just running the .msi itself outside works exactly as designed.
