Upgrading DRM 11.2.3 to 11.2.5

Hello, we are upgrading DRM 11.2.3 to 11.2.5 and are having some debates over how to interpret the instructions. I think we can simply install 11.2.5 over 11.2.3. My colleague thinks we have to take the path that includes uninstalling 11.2.3. What do we have to do here? Are there more precise instructions for upgrading from a specific version to another specific version?
