Problems with Parent Plus Loans after Pum 21 install

After we installed Pum 21, it appears that we are having issues with our parent plus loan refund process. Our financial aid office verified their setup and SF did not change anything on our side. However, when we run the batch refund process for parent plus loans, it will not populate the sponsor (borrower) when the borrower is not the student. Therefore, the parent who is supposed to be issued the refund is not being refunded unless we manually process.
