Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Dictionary stats are frequently moving to STALE after upgrading to 19c

Hi ,

We have been seeing bunch of Dictionary tables are having stale stats even after

freshly gathering stats on 19c . Example IND$,OBJ$ . Did you anyone came across such issues after upgrading to 19c ?
