Create Siebel Custom Recipient Group

Hello Experts,


I have a requirement to send email using workflow process for custom Recipients group (Let's to 4 employees), so I need to know how I can specify this list of employees? When I checked the bookshelf in the "Email Administration Guide" Chapter 6 (Configuring User Interface Elements) under section "About Recipient Groups", I found this statement "A recipient group might be based on a recipient source that directly specifies one or more employees (Employees)." but I did not find details how I can apply this?


Appreciate your help to fulfill this requirement.
