How to get the Cutoff Day on the payment term form

Hi,

Please help us on the below issue.

We need to create the payment term 45 days end of the month and we have a solution as figure 1 but the section of Cutoff Day is not exist on our form on our system as figure 2.

Is there any patch or any similar solution to have this section on our payment term form .
