RetrieveAttachmentService

I am trying to call RetrieveAttachmentService from the Business Simulator and am passing it an Integration Object that is attached. The output that I receive is a file with just the parms that I passed in sent right back to me. I am not getting the file content. I am using the same attachment ID that I have used when calling GetFile and GetFile recognizes the attachment and places it in the temp folder like it should. The attachment ID I have used is the row ID from the Service Request
