UMX Workflow Auto Cancelling

Hope this is the appropriate group if not please let me know.

We have AME configured for Responsibility Approvals.

2 levels of approvers are defined manually.

When a user requests a responsibility via access requests, Workflow generates an approval notification to the first approver defined in AME.

When the first approver approves the notification the 2nd notification is not generated and it’s auto cancelled with an action of Cancel (see attached)

Question: What would cause the auto cancel of the WF? Could not find anything in documentation.

What do we need to do for the WF to avoid the auto cancel?
