SS Deferral Recovery

We are encountering an issue where when an employee moves from the assignment where the SS taxes were deferred and we move the SS Deferral Recovery element to the new assignment to continue the deductions the deductions are not taken.


i am assuming it has to do with the balances being captured at the assignment level. if so how do we update it so that when they move to a new assignment the deductions can continue
