Managing Applicant Profiles - TAM/CG
We're running into a situation where users will create applicant accounts and browse job postings but do not actually apply for a job opening. Then, a few weeks later, having forgotten they created an account, they create an additional account using a different email address. This creates two Applicant IDs, but only one shows up under "Manage Applicants" for us to merge accounts. Applicants log in to try an update their email, but cannot do so since it is being used under the other account, and users have no way to delete one account or merge the two.
- How are you managing multiple Applicant IDs for the same user in this situation? We can send a password reset email, but not actually change any data or merge accounts until an applicant has applied for a job (or saved an application as draft) on both accounts.
