Unable to generate OM Debug Log for Process Order API call

Hi Team,

I am trying to Cancel an Order Line using OE_ORDER_PUB.Process_Order API from SQL Developer and unable to see Debug file getting generated. PFE, the Script I am using.

DBMS Print Message is giving the Debug File name & path, but we could not find file in that path anywhere across all DB Nodes. Tried Multiple times, following all the steps as per Doc ID: 1938243.1

Request for help, guide to resolve the issue.
