Is it possible to change the default Bank using Self Service in Financials for Expenses?

We like to change the Default from 1st to second or the other or so. People with multiple bank accounts wants the flexibility to change. Is this possible to enable for Expenses users.

We are in PS FS 9.2 Image 16 Tools 8.57.
