Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Enrolment/ MCR

Hello!

We are currently implementing MCR in our oracle instance. We have a query in relation to affect of auto enrolment/ re enrolment on MCR.

MCR seeded report recognizes and outputs zero 'actual pensionable pay' if opt out date is populated for an employee on pensions information element, which is happening as expected.
However, we wish to retain opt out date even when employee opts back in for record purposes, however oracle advise that we must clear out the opt out date for MCR process to consider that the employee is back in scheme. How are you all handling this?
