SmartView error in Excel 365 - "Unable to set the Installed property of the AddIn class"

Hi guys,

After installing SmartView 20.200 on a 64bit Windows environment with Excel 365, the user gets the error message "Oracle SmartView for Office - Unable to set the Installed property of the AddIn class". We have tried the following to solve the problem:

  1. Uninstall SmartView, reinstall as admin.
  2. Uninstall SmartView, Uninstall Office, reinstall Office, reinstall SmartView as admin
  3. Add folder C:/Oracle to trusted locations
  4. Enable/Disable COM-AddIn
  5. Followed instructions as described here: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=296228655029054&id=1579574.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=ipvj10z73_4
    1. But: there is no FM20.dll in folder C:\Windows\SysWOW64. Instead I could find it here:
