DATABASE IMPORT CONTINUES TO FAIL WITH ERRORS.

After running data-pump import twice import twice, tables and other data are not imported relative to production info. I did a fresh export of production database, use Power shell command line to copy the dumpfile from production server (source) to Dev server (target).

Of course, both are on different host.


Please see logfile of the import along with errors and let me know what is wrong.
