Has anyone configured OAuth2 on an Object Manager?

We have a requirement to move off our long-standing Siteminder SSO configuration in favor of OAuth 2.0. Our team configured it successfully to accept a login.

The current challenge is how to handle logging out of Siebel. What we are seeing is that our custom logout page (which is just window.close()) is no longer working, and when a user refreshes the Siebel window or otherwise invokes the Siebel URL, they find themselves logged in as the Anonymous User (GUESTCST). Since GUESTCST has limited access by design, they receive an error indicating they do not have access to the default View.
