Louisville - Jeffersontown KY Taxes

We have a location that KY is telling us is in both the city limits of Jeffersontown and Louisville and we need to deduct and remit city taxes for both localities. Has anyone else encountered this? If so, how did you accomplish deducting two city taxes?

We are on EBS 12.2.9
