F9312 table conversion during 9.2 tools upgrade

Enterprise One version 9.1. Tools release upgrade from 9.14.7 to 9.2.4.5

The F9312 goes through a table conversion in the 9.2 tools release. The F9312 is used by all three environments, DV, PY and PD. Right now just the DV, PY environments have been converted to 9.2 tools.

Should we run this conversion? Will it affect the PD environment if we do this? What are customers doing for this? What are customers doing during the upgrade for testing in DV/PY? We are getting errors trying to test and getting many zombies due to not being able to update the F9312 since the table conversion has not taken place.
