Sending Mail with attachment in Siebel

Hello 

we have a scenario where we need to send email with the attachment for specific service request.

Attachment is present under attachment tab.

we are using "Outbound Communications Manager" and "SendMessage" to send the email via script.

here im giving the file path AttachFileList parameter. 

to fetch the file name i am using "GetFile" method of "FINS Industry BC Facility Service".

here the issue is it is creating files in siebsrvr/temp/ folder.

how to get rid of this file once mail is sent (apart from deleting manually or housekeeping) .

is there any other way we can send files from attachment tab in eMail.
