When trying to release a Non Stock Blanket Order (OB) created without Quantity (only Amount) into a Purchase Order, the Amount of the Blanket Order is not being updated (decreased) (it does not reflect the Purchase Order created)

Steps to replicate the issue in IATA env:

- Select Any of the POs without Quantity (only amount)

- Once in the Order Release SCreen enter an amount to release : The amount should be less than the original amount

- Confirm by clicking OK

NOTICE: When coming back to the screen where the OBs are listed , the Amount has been updated

- Click on Cancel to close the screen and generate the Purchase Orders
