Property Lease Management - How to Modify Future Open Options payment values
Issue:
Unable to Modify Future Open Options payment values.
Context:
Say we have set up a lease and have included an Future Open option(s) in the calculation of the ROUA and Liability calculation.
Due to addendums resulting from the lease, the Company and the Landlord might agree to increase or decrease the rental value going forward (which also impacts the options value). Because this addendum does not result in a new lease, we then have to do an Amendment to the current lease for both the payment templates set up and also for the Future Open Options to adjust them for the new rental value that has been agreed up.
