Erroring out while adding "OKC: Contracts Online - External Party Access" responsibility to a user

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

As a process of Repository contracts E-Signature, a external user is created for supplier contact. Now what responsibility do we need to assign the user.

I did found a responsibility "OKC: Contracts Online - External Party Access" which was ended already by oracle. I deleted the end date and saved it. Now when i assign it im getting an error stating.


Oracle error -20002: ORA-20002:[WF_NO_ROLE]

NAME=FND_RESP|OKC_KOL_PARTY_ACCESS_RESP|STANDARD

ORIG_SYSTEM=FND_RESP ORIG_SYSTEM_ID=72886 has been detected in FND_USER_RESP_GROUPS_API.INSERT_ASSIGNMENT
