California ACA Patches Clarification after 2020 ACA Phase III

I see on the ACA High Priority Alert Doc ID 2052173.1 that on 5/27/2021 Patch 32936690 was released for 12.1 and 12.2 to fix issues with Schema for California ACA XML files.

I also see Doc ID 2781567.1 2020 ACA State of California XML Rejected for Multiple Missing Elements after Patch discusses another patch 32951538 is released for 12.1 and is still in QA for 12.2. In this Doc ID it has a grid that then listed 4 patches: 32833834, 32925981, 32941667, 32951538

If we file in California which of these 5 patches do we actually need to apply, is it just #1 and #5?
