DepBen Info: SSN missing message displays twice when field made required in P&F Configurator

Has anyone else experienced the SSN missing message pop up displaying twice when making it a required field on the Dependent Beneficiary Info page? We are testing Fluid Open Enrollment, and when the relationship type is Dependent or Both, we require the SSN.

Our IT staff made the field configuration update on Page & Field Configurator, and the functionality worked, but the message catalog items displays twice requiring two clicks to return to the page to add the SSN. When two separate developers looked at the code, both said it appears that the validation is running twice. Is anyone else seeing this?
