How Can HR View Name Change Attachments After Approved?

We are looking to implement Employee Self Service Name Change with the ability for the employee to attached the necessary documentation. However, we cannot figure out where the HR Admin would be able to access the attached document after the name change has been approved. We know it can be accessed on the approval. But if for some reason the HR Admin would need to access the document, where can it be found?

We are on 9.2 PUM Image 36 and PeopleTools 8.58
