Enabling SNMP on an Acme Packet 4600

I have an Acme Packet 4600 running SCZ8.2.0 Patch 2 (Build 58). I have added the SNMP ip address on the network interface and I have added the global SNMP configurations below.

snmp-community

    community-name             XXXXXXX

    access-mode               READ-ONLY

    ip-addresses            XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

    last-modified-by            admin@X

    last-modified-date           2021-06-10 20:25:14

and I built the trap receiver yet when I try to add it into SolarWinds it fails. Any help is greatly appreciated. Also When I try to edit and system values in the system-config it tells me there is already the same value which there clearly is not if I am trying to change something from disabled to enabled. Thank you in advance for the assistance!
