API to delete Project Billing Events?

Hi,

We are using the "PA_BILLING_PUB.INSERT_EVENT" Procedure to create Billing Events in Projects, both in 12.1.3 and 12.2.9.

Does anyone know of any API that exists to allow Events to be deleted, which are not linked to any Revenues or Invoices?

I have looked at the PA_BILLING_PUB, from what I can see, there are no Procedures in that package to allow Events to be deleted, but I might be wrong.

Any advice much appreciated.
