Lease is not eligible to generate stream

Hi,

Currently our leases are maintained manually in Excel. We have FA module already however it is not meeting our ASC 842 lease change requirement. We will need Property Manager module to do so. We are using one of our test environments to do the setup a simple lease and see how it work in Property Manager.

System Profile 'PN: Use Lease Approval Workflow' is set to 'No' for my ID.

We created a lease, saved it and changed the Approval Status to 'Final'. 'Schedules and Items' concurrent request ran and completed successfully. However from Output of the concurrent request, 'Normalization Cash', 'Account Expense', Adjustment' and Accrued Liability' columns are all shown zero amount. From the View Log - it indicated 'Lease is not eligible to generate stream' (listed below).
