Consolidating SGA and PGA when migrating from a non cdb to multitenant

Dear all,


I am actually preparing the migration of 700 hundred non cdb databases to the multitenant architecture.

The idea is to associate a CDB with and application and environment.

More precisely, we are planning to plug our future development and test databases of application A in an A application non production database 

whereas the production databases will be plugged in an A application production CDB.

I wonder how to consolidate SGA and PGA memory settings.

If for example I have test and development database with 2G of SGA and 1G of PGA each, how do I consolidate the memory for my CDB?
