Hospitality Simphony v18.2.9

Good morning, I deployed Simphony v18.2.9 on a workstation that was running v18.2.8. In EMC > Cal Packages > Install Status it says the install was successful. However on the workstation when I go to PMC it says the workstation is still running v18.2.8. Any troubleshooting suggestions without reimaging the workstation.
