Requisition should not be allowed to create if monthly budget exceeds.

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

We have requirement where requisition should not be created or rejected when monthly budget exceeds.

Every month, there will be update on budget. Till budget is utilized, requisitions are created but when the budget is exhausted, requisitions are not allowed to be create or it should be rejected if anyone tries to create.

How to achieve such functionality in oracle EBS R12. (12.1.3).What are the set up required to achieve it.
