A lot of query take long time for execution after database upgrade from 11.2.0.4 to 19c database.

Hello,

I have a problem with performance of sql queries after database upgrade from 11.2.0.4 to 19c. When I use optimizer_features_enable='11.2.0.4' the queries work fine, but when optimizer_features_enable='19.1.0' queries faild or take hours for execution.

Has anyone had a similar problem? There are too many queries and cannot be refactored.
