Convert Inband DTMF to SIP-INFO

Hello Team,

I'm running into issues trying to configure a sip-interface to send SIP-INFO messages instead of inband dtfm. The sip-interface has the rfc-2833 mode configured as dual and so are the session agents, but the dtmf digits are still sent as inband. Has anyone come across this issue or knows how to configure this properly?
