Installing Splunk Universal Forwarder on ODA

Our team is struggling to identify root cause of performance issue recently.

We are wondering if anyone has tried installing Splunk Universal Forwarder in ODA server.

We are hoping to get metrics of CPU consumption and list of services/processes running.

I don't see an issue in installing Splunk agent but is there any document/tips I should follow?


We are using Oracle Enterprise:

Product Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition

Product Version 12.1.0.2

Operating System Linux x86-64

OS VersionOracle Linux 6
