does anyone know how to configure zebra DS9308 barcode scanner with USB cable

we are installing oracle simphony WS 655X and WS 620 devices across the estate and have bought (upon oracle account manager advice) 2 x Zebra DS9308 1D/2D presentation barcode scanner with USB cable devices per site, but understand they require some level of configuration to make them work.

Is there a simple guide to understand how to do this?

we'd like to launch a new loyalty app in the next couple of weeks, but need these working ASAP.
