FSCM Project Costing and HCM - Activity Sync

Hello,

we use both Project Costing and sync the projects and activities with HCM. A design flaw is that in FSCM we have Summary Activities (PS_PROJ_ACTIVITY.SUMMARY_ACT = Y). These activities cannot be booked upon. It works great in FSCM.

HCM however receives these activities upon creation, before WBS is updated (this is how delivered PROJECT_ACTIVITY_SYNC IB works).

As a result - people CAN book time and labor against these activities, which afterwards fail in FSCM processing.

Could Oracle suggest a workaround?
