OLVM troubles with Console: Added 1st VM to OLVM Portal but I can't open the console! :(

I have an OLVM Portal with 2 working KVM host. Added 1st VM (Oracle Linux) but... when I click "Console" a Console.vv file goes to download folder and I can't open it on my Windows 10 Laptop. I downloaded and install VNC viewer, but still can's associate Console.vv with VNC viewerer. ovirt-websocket-proxy.service is running, and I believe FW ports are open:

● ovirt-websocket-proxy.service - oVirt Engine websockets proxy

Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/ovirt-websocket-proxy.service; enabled; vendor preset: disabled)

Active: active (running) since Mon 2021-06-14 12:38:20 PDT; 2h 14min ago
