Will Shared_pool flush cause performance issue ?

Hi Team,

I have recently fired "alter system flush shared_pool" on OLTP Production Database although in Non Business Hours. But I in panic state as of doing this will harm the query execution or will impact the query run time or will impact the database performance.

Will it increase the query execution time because there will new execution plan created. Can anyone help me with resolving this confusion. Please ?
