I am facing this access issue in Iprocurement for user where Oracle standard iprocurement responsibility is not attached.

"You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.".

User is trying to access it from a custom responsibility.

Please let me know what to do on this.

We are up grading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10.
