ZA - Tax Year End Data Validation (Excel) does not produce Excel output

Hello

the Excel version of the Tax Year End Data Validation Report does not produce the out put in Excel - I have followed the instructions in the document 2732066.1 but it still opens in a web page.

Has anyone solved this problem?
