is there a startCD for Oracle EBS 12.2 with Oracle Database 19c ?

Hi Experts,

I am installing a new version of EBS (12.2.10) Since we have a support for Oracle Database 19c, I am wondering if there is a startCD or at least a plan to have the Oracle Database 19c from the startCD. Do you know ?

Currently, my understanding is that we need to install the 12c version and after upgrading 12.2 to 12.2.X, we need to upgrade to the 19c version. Could you advice on that ?
