Unable to Query business service methods/ Method Arguments in Siebel IP 20.10 Tools

We have Siebel OCH IP20.10 application.

I have created proxy business service using below document.

How To Set Up And Test Outbound RESTFul API Services From 20.8 Onwards ( Doc ID 2739175.2 )


PetStore.json file is successfully imported in Tools & All objects are created without any error.

But Unable to Query new proxy business service methods / Method Arguments in tools. Tools application shows the query mouse cursor running & do not respond.
